Would you consider an adventuring party of characters to be multiple protagonists?

In Jumble Jokers (and its sequel Jumble Strikers) you control a party of 1-4 female characters in combat. No male protagonist.

Similarly, in Creature Hunter you control 3 female hunters in combat.
