I'm aware of ULMF, but they have so many rules that it just sucks to use it.
The site/forum doesn't have to be in English either, I just want to try out all the untranslated/rule breaking games that don't get posted on here, making them hard to find/discover

You can try digging on fapforfun, they got plenty of unfiltered stuff there.
