Are You a Leecher?

Just a poll to see what people consider themselves. not a very reliable poll since not every would vote on it but gives a nice idea of who is what.

Leecher: just downloads games, maybe talks a bit or a lot, but rarely gives any feedback besides the "I like this"

Feedback Giver: Someone who plays their fair share of games from here and like to give feedback on their respective posts for either the creator or others to read and see if they might like it.(sometimes only if they know the creator reads it)

Game Finder: someone who scours the internet looking for neat porn games and posting them in the request thread.

Uploader: someone who goes through the request thread and creating official threads for games that have been found, and uploads said game on multiple hosts (the MVPs)

Troll: just trolling around chating talking the odd bit of shit here, aka the classic troll not the modern piece of shit troll. this person is actually entertaining to read their posts not facepalm inducing.

I myself am a combination of 3 firstly the Leecher, then a little bit of feedback giver was introduced and once i got comfortable enough on the forum I added a little troll flavour in there too. Primarily a Leecher though, since I only really give feedback on like one game that is in development.

However there's one I'd add to your poll, and that's an advertiser. When I find a great game I'll tell people about it. I will go to great lengths to help people find a game that works for them, as long as I've played something good to suggest.

In some specific cases I've also offered detailed criticism, for instance, to Faerin, who I consider to be quite the humble gentleman, but who's game has lots of weaknesses that I detailed to him. He took it quite well, for which I will always respect him.

I can't answer for everyone but I came as a leecher.
I find myself more as a feedback giver, not that I have given up leeching, but where I find a game that I like I will help where I can. Feedback both for the rest of the leeches as well as the devs, both in the forum and by PM.
Bit of a troll/teacher - I know I can often come over as snarky, but within that I am trying to teach to fish rather than giving a fish.
Bit of an advertiser/promotor not quite as much as @DarthSeduction but in the same vein either through my sig, through reviews or through suggesting direct to people.
Can you add categories? Can you set polls for multiple respones?

So did I and now I'm a Game Developer, its what you do that defines you.
I'm not bashing it though, some of the games I back on my personal Patreon I'd never have found without this site

That's generous, as what I do mostly is dominate the Game Suggestions subforum. I respond to at least half the requests for games to play, usually with detailed mini review/synopses

I would desscribe myself as a feedback giver. I usually tend to play many games, and try to give feedback, whether the game is great or bad, and try to make the feedback as clear as possible, so players and devs all know what is good and bad about the game.

Maybe I can describe myself as a "Game developer" before the end of the year, if I don't run into unforeseen problems.

Started as a leecher certainly ,but as i grew into the community i started giving feed back as well.Continuing on from that i now support a couple of devs via patreon so i guess i'm now a semi leecher feed back giver

I also upload CGs when I can and like a game and try to be generally helpful, you know, pay forward all the good games I got here.
