Others - Abandoned - Arena Of Audacia [v0.93] [Datanony]

A game with solid fundations but suffers from several major issues.

Pros:
+ Decent pixel-art animations.
+ Engaging gameplay at first, although it gets boring quite fast.
+ Gallery

Cons:
- Difficulty is way too easy
- Levels take way too long, and the heroine feels slow.
- Not a lot of animations, only 4 in total for normal enemies. Bosses have more animations, but only trigger during boss fights.
- Censored

Overall the idea is not bad but with the game in its current state you have to intentionally lose to see scenes. Add on top of this that levels take forever, you can play for an hour without seeing anything.

Very good hack-n-slash set in an arena with progressively difficult enemies and the odd boss. All enemies have pretty good dot animations from the dot golden age (8 years ago). It gets pretty challenging but always engaging, so much so you'll often forget why you were playing in the first place.
