i gave it another try, and i found the reason she doesn't say that. i set her affection level to -100 because i thought it would motivate her to be more promiscuous but a high enough affection level was necessary for her to tell me we should go west. should i not touch the affection level or can i set it back to -100 and everything should be fine?

I think you should set her affection to 15 and play the game as intended, the affection system just unlocks new things and new stuff.
Also generally next time you signal a problem, the first thing you need to say is "I used cheats and did [this thing]" so devs can imediately tell what's wrong lol

at this point I'm not sure what it's happening, did you use other cheats as well?
anyway if you want to raise legit affection between them, you can
1) bring them together and go out in an adventure
2) when you're at home, just bring her to him and press "stay with him"
let me know if he can't join your party for some reason
he can join my party and stuff that works as intended he just cant spend the day with her. i think i will try to just start a new game or something. are you saying that making her spend the whole day with him is not legit/doesnt lead to any new cutscene?

I'm guessing you're talking about the thing in the church? At this point I think that's just some bug I didn't discover yet (probably related to fixing a different bug)
Don't worry about it and play the game as intended. The first scenes start when the affection is above 5 at night in your room

Hmm will the game ever get fixed? Eadric skill say, go "bach" home -.-, the exp text in the status menu is cut off and the game gets super laggy after a short time. And thats not even all I found in the first 10 minutes.

the protagonist has literally an unique bullet multi-element skill that you need to unlock

You unlock a character that teaches you spell in like the second area of the game

After a certain amount of affection (I think 30?) you can just request sex as a skill
