As far as I can remember the game :
It has a main female protagonist, who I'm pretty sure is asian. While you're playing as her you have to make ends meet and you have a few places in the city to explore. Including waling around the main streets where you can be harrassed or just get a few normal events. There was some mystery element as there was an event that demand you to look for another girl and you had to go to the 'slums district' where you'd have to gather information from dudes where but they could just prove useless to investigation, harass you or even try to rape you.
As far as graphics go they were a lot more on the side of more 'realistic', not drawing or anime style. If I remember correctly the title also had her name in it.
