One of the aspects in netorare games, mangas and animes is the secret knowledge. You as the viewer know about the cheating while the characters do not. My favorite is when the authors do behind closed doors or behind walls cheating and sex, hidden sex with other chars in different rooms unaware.
Sometimes they do a birds view of the scene where you can see all the rooms in the apartment blocks or houses where the sex happens.
It really gives me that omniscient god like feeling in my loins.
