Asset Loading Trouble (Truform Loft Apartment)

I tried to download "Truform Loft Apartment" but I can't get anything to show up in Daz3d.

I loaded the runtime folder into my library folder as stated in read me. Readme said that I could find asset in Props/Truestyles, but I don't see it.
So I tried to merge the file manually using Daz toolbar but when I get to props/truestyles there is nothing there (not in daz3d at least).

The file contained e folders: Documentation, OBJ, and Runtime

How do I get it to show up?
Do I need to load the OBJ file and if so where do I load it?

Look in Poser formats, My DAZ 3d library, props (or figures). I have not got that asset but thats where those types of files will be.
