I need an assistant who can help me manage all near-game routines so I can focus solely on game creation.

- Salary: $300 per month. (Please do not contact me if this salary is too low for you.)
- Payment Method: PayPal, once or twice a month.
- Term: At least 3 months, unless you perform poorly or decide this work is not for you. After 3 months, we will reassess whether the assistance was genuinely helpful and whether we wish to continue our cooperation on a permanent basis.
- Creating weekly reports for my supporters on various platforms.
- Managing the game’s website: creating content (character descriptions, weekly reports, etc.) and removing spam or scams.
- Publishing development news on Twitter.
- Posting images from the game on Instagram, Reddit, Slushy, etc., and gradually increasing Reddit Karma.
- Administering Discord, the game’s thread on F95, and other resources.
- Assisting with post-processing and creating censored versions.
- Doing simple Ren’Py coding (e.g., showing/hiding text and images).
- Answering questions from my supporters.
- Generating AI images for background elements of renders.
- Handling other tasks related to my projects.
- Taking initiative is welcome.
- Following current trends in the nsfw game industry to find out if my projects are lagging in some areas.
- Performing initial testing to discover major bugs.
- Gradually learning DAZ 3D: creating renders by tweaking existing scenes and replacing my characters with popular anime characters for posting on Reddit, etc.
- Salary Increase: If you learn DAZ 3D well enough to assist with actual game renders and animations, your salary will be raised significantly, depending on the quality of your work.
- Any gender, 18+, any nationality.
- Must live in any country except Russia or Belarus. (I won’t allow any of my funds to go into the Russian budget. If you’re Russian or Belarusian but live abroad, that’s acceptable.)
- Decent reading and writing skills in English.
- Creativity.
- Not being sexist or feminist. You must accept that females without a permanent partner can have sex as freely as males and express their sexuality in any legal way.
- Open-mindedness regarding other people’s quirks.
- Familiarity with my work.
- Availability for occasional Discord conversations between 8 PM – 1 AM GMT-6.
- Proficiency in social media and AI tools.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience working with Photoshop, including actions and batch processing.
- Knowledge of Python, Unity, and 3D rendering is a plus.
- A reasonably modern PC with an Nvidia graphics card with at least 12 GB of video memory (or willingness to acquire one within 3 months).
- Ability to handle your own taxes without my involvement.
- Access to a Premium ChatGPT account for work.
- Payment in USD, regardless of exchange rates.
