do the sister fuck each other much in these games? I think i played the first one and if i remember there was one scene...which was disappointing for me...is there any of it in the rest?

Yes. Latest paid version update (0.7.5) has this scene already. Also, the latest version of Tragedy of Medusa (1.1.0) has an unlockable image related to the implied scene as well when you finish the game. That relationship is kinda a slow burn, but it'll be worth it IMO.

Some questions regarding the whole Gorgon trilogy (and specifically this title): can I play it ONLY from a female perspective and only with lesbian content (or lesbian and futa, no male x female)? Is the male MC POV mandatory in this installment?

All three have female MC and optional lesbian-only route. For Tragedy and Gambit, female MC is mandatory, but content is not. There are optional male/futa content depending on your choices before the scenes. This one (Athena's Revenge) has a male MC option and three female MC options.
