Years back, a friend of mine sent me a video with the description 'the most shocking and disgusting porn you've ever seen'.
I've seen it all at that time, nothing could shock me at this point. Or so I thought. Boy was I wrong,,, the infamous '2 girls 1 cup' was too much for me.
This game is an AVN version of it.,at least for me.
Shock for the shock sake.
Visuals are not just 'not good' they are mostly outright ugly.
Story and writing are non-existing
Where the game shines is in kinks variety.
'He is putting IT THERE???' is the most common impression I was getting during the scenes.
So subjectively the game is 2/5, I found it too ugly and too disgusting.
Objectively rating 4/5 for the only reason can not rememer any other game with THAT type of kinks.
You could enjoy it, who knows....

First of all: Do not play this if you don't like anal. This game HEAVILY focuses on anal fetishes, scat included. But you can turn off scat and bestiality which is a nice feature.

The renders are awful from a technical perspective, as they're very outdated. But the game makes up for that by coming up with the most ridiculous and degenerate scenarios you can imagine. Inflation, Nipple sex, A dick coming out of a woman's ass from the inside. And there's a lot of content linked to body fluids. Cum, piss, shit, vomit, squirt. The game tries to be as disgusting as possible and succeeds more often than it doesn't.

There's barely any story. You meet some kind of demon and the insanity begins. There's an open world map, but there's not a lot to do. Progression is fairly linear. There are no choices, so it's more like a kinetic novel with extra steps. Some content feels severely undercooked, especially everything you can do in your own house is very barebones.

The MC is a blank slate, literally. He's a half-naked, bald dude without any sense of morality. He's got a dick and he likes ass. That's his character. The female characters are quite varied when it comes to body shapes, but otherwise, they're one-dimensional. The game dares be VERY taboo, there are some rapey elements that can be huge turnoff for many players. There's also a mentally disabled character. So yeah... everything is as fucked up as possible.

And that's kinda the charm of it. Playing this makes you feel dirty, it makes you question your life choices. It's a game you can fap to if you're into fucked up shit and shit in general. It's unique, as it goes way beyond what other games do. That's why I recommend it to people who share the fetishes.

Personally, I liked some of it, as I've got a urination kink. These parts were done quite well. I also liked the really absurd things, especially the content about growing / shrinking and the scenes with that black lady and the slave. The school storyline also is okay. Kitty could be more interesting, the plot with her moves WAY too fast. Pet play is a niche fetish, it's a bit sad that this game refuses to explore the intellectual side of that fetish. It's all just "girl cat now, girl dumb, fuck ass". Other parts of the game were just boring (tennis, store) or straight up disgusting, but that's also just a personal kink thing.

Overall, it's not bad but it could be SO much better. Get rid of the map. Streamline the content. Improve the rendering quality, especially work on the lighting. Add some sound.

Final rating: 3/5 as a game, 5/5 for the sheer absurdity of the content.

5/5 game and I don't really even like scat. Pure creative degeneracy and consistently great renders are the games biggest strengths. I actually prefer kinetic novels in general, I want a dev to take me for a ride, so the fact that it's a sandbox kenetic novel is a plus for me, there are hints for every next scene and you get to go for what sounds most interesting at the time. I'm playing version 0.5 but there are still end of content warnings in the game that say version 0.4 so I'm not entirely sure what is up with that system but I know there are still scenes I haven't watched yet (maybe tomorrow, my dick tired tbh). If you like humiliation and creative kinky fun I recommend this game very much.

There really isn’t anything else like it is there. Things absolutely spiral out of control and it really is one hell of a ride, provided you are into the fetishes of this game. Love that you can’t miss anything too.

I liked the game at first, because anal is my kink, but it lacks a storyline to keep it interesting, and as the author started coming up with more bizzare fetishes (puke, prolapse, which can't be turned off) and excessive use of magic, I lost interest in this game.

There was quite a long wait between updates 0.4 and 0.5, and update 0.5 didn't bring anything interesting (at least for me), so I don't expect the next updates to be better.

Tree stars for hot models (dated, but still alright) and MC which is just a normal dude.

The only VN I have waited for. I have been following it since late 2023 and it has delivered. I sincerely hope a ATMA2 will come. If you are into the kinks, this is the best there is, hands down.

I very like most of fetishes in that game. Diaglogies, characters, situations, almost all scenes - it's that what i want in porn game.

That's what not so cool things in the game (if author want to level up his game and he accepts any criticism):
1. Old graphics
2. No any sound
3. Too far from real anatomy (no gradual development of buttholes, no lubricants, but the most of the girls can take even a bottle size in their asses almost immediately)
4. It's not quite game (here's nothing to play) - it's more like 3D pron video.

Updates review after game ending:
5. Anatomy of belly after dicks insertion (very strangely deformation belly even after not huge dick insertion) - looks as absolutly unreal. It's more looks like horror movie where alient wants to get out outside))
In the start it wasn't that much and it's not very noticeable, but then it's almost everytime.
It's the most disappointing thing in this game for me. it would be cool if this was optional.
6. Sometime i didn't understand what to do for conitinue the plot and where i could see next scenes. it would be great if players have some taskpanel with places where they can go to see some new scenes.
7. Mb it only seems, but by the end of the game dirty talk, dirty comments from girls about situations and various jokes became less.

This is precisely what I need. It's truly amazing! It's so great and makes me feel really good. I can't express how satisfied I am with it. It has perfectly met my expectations and I'm super happy about it！！

This is a game that is unashamed of giving the players what it wants, ATM and ass fetishization. No jerking you around, no teasing, no hard grind, just pure unadulterated filth.

There are options to turn off scat and beast which is appreciated.

What to say about Ass-To-Mouth Adventures 0.4...

It's a very specifically-focused AVN featuring "all things ass". There are more types of anal penetration than I've seen in any other game of this type. Including watersports, prolapsing, scat play, bestiality, magic, and so on.

+ Decent renders, though far from outstanding
+ Variety on love interest models (hard to call them that though) is good enough and attractive
+ A huge set of anal-specific fetishes
+ Decent English writing, only a few spelling mistakes
+ Tries to keep things fun for the reader

+/- Has a story/plot, though it isn't well fleshed out and plods along at a creepingly slow pace. It's spread thin like butter over too much bread, and just fails to captivate overall.

- Attempts to use a pseudo-sandbox style of gameplay, but many locations rely on other locations being finished first.
- No in-game guide or tips on what to do or where to go next other than what you read in the text displays (in green). If you are skipping or not paying attention, you'll miss them and need to randomly visit locations while wasting time doing so.
-- No really good animations. Ranges from frame flipping, to a few with semi-smooth display (but short loops).
---- Way, way, WAY too much girl-on-girl action. Seems like a full 1/3 to 1/2 of the game is girl-on-girl.
- No music or sounds of any kind.
--- A MC that is VERY hard to identify with, due to being completely straight (hetero), and yet REFUSING to touch any pussy at all in the game. Didn't like him much at all. Don't care that he's a self-proclaimed "ass man" - all straight guys like pussy even if they love ass.
- Virtually no interface to indicate anything about the MC's powers, or progression, or any other aspect of what's going on in the game. Wasn't totally needed, but would have been nice to see.

ATM Adventures had the ability to stay largely anal-specific, while still utilizing vaginal intercourse for the MC, but sadly failed to do so. "Ass-to-mouth" isn't any different than "Pussy-to-ass-to-mouth", so I feel the developer missed the mark on this one. The game could have been so much more than it is.

The largest detractor from the score is the lack of vaginal play - there was no legitimate reason to leave it out with a straight MC, while still keeping ATM content in. As a mostly-straight male who loves all things anal, the game would have been 5x better in my eyes with vaginal intercourse in addition to what it already has.

Ends up getting a 2.3 rating from me for the above reasons.

What can I say, thank you for your fantastic work and the time you spent there. Almost everything is there, a journey into the extremes that we would like to do more often in games. Thank you again for this excellent game.

Thought I would like since anal is my main kink, and though being focused on anal kink this game is kind of a mixed bag, somethings are kind of grossed and thank god for the option of disabling beastial part, but still the exagerated scenes arent very compeling to me and others are kind of turn off.

There is better options out there.

Imaginative, innovating, intriguing visual novel. One of the few VN's out there that focus on making every scene exciting and different from the ones before it or at least build upon the theme. At some times being too innovative maybe and could just fall into rehashing the previous themes but the dev manages to add a new wrinkle into every scene.

Honestly, I only wanted to check this out of curiosity because of the niche genre, but it's just awful to play I quit at some point and deleted it.

Story is nothing creative, you meet a succubus but for some reason she can only absorb power if you ass-to-mouth a girl, and you agree, thus the name of the game ATM... The issue is all the other characters 'plot' is even worse than that somehow.

The biggest culprit.
The UI design is so awful to look at, main game loop is just looking at the 'map', and it's just a picture with text of location names on it, the text doesn't even glow or change color when you hover over it... This takes ~1-2 extra words to write in the code to do and the fact the dev didn't even bother just irks me for some reason. :/

The gameplay itself is basically clicking those texts and seeing what images follow, you have no choice, or any say in what happens, until you're back at the map again. It feels like browsing a folder for pictures, and when you're done you just back out of the folder, look for the next one. It's so boring and unimmersive.

Overall:
This is just bad, the only reason one might want to check it out is for the ATM/scat, but even then, to give it 5 stars is outrageous and borderline unfair to the other games on the website.

Story is boring and has one of the most overused plots used in porn games, MC meets deamon and is now forced to gain power to feed the deamon with and ofc its based on sex, well if you can call it that its mostly just anal or should say anal to mouth...

One if not the biggest flaw with this one is the sandbox, its absolutly pointless and only there to waste you time, game is a pure kinetic novel and should be taged as such, hiding it behind being a sandbox game is just bullshit, all you deside is what order to do some things in and that it, like i said useless and pointless.

Being so kinetic also means every single girl is forced on you, every single kink and fetish is forced with the exception of two you can turn off at the start of the game, but everything else is forced.
