Ren'Py - Abandoned - Au-pair Innocence [v0.9 SE] [Alex]

Definitely not worth your time.

So what I thought was interesting about the game was the changing perspective, sometimes being the son, sometimes being the father, and the renders were fine enough... but that's where it ends.

Gameplay wise it's dull and doesn't draw you in, all the days end up feeling like you're just going through the same motions again and again ... I gave it a shot without the walkthrough and really couldn't get much going ... I then played through again using one - just having to switch back and forth and make all the right decisions, and even then (as well as that then feeling terrible and making for a terrible game) what you get as the pay off definitely isn't worth it.

So I'd definitely not recommend it in its current state, and as it's abandoned that won't change.

I played "Au Pair Innocence v0.9SE" until day 92 following WT most of the time before I decided to give up. Enough suffering!

How to resume my feelings: boring, very repetitive and finally annoying too much. The main problem with this game (in my opinion one of the main reasons for which players criticism) is the very poor storyline and the lack of emotional content.

In fact, playing sometimes role of David or his son Alex is difficult in terms of staying captivated by other characters to tease and seduce, because their actions and wishes are too different.
Dev's concept was maybe interesting in storyboard, but in real gameplay it doesn't go well in terms of addiction for the player. I didn't "enter" the game totally, that I'd like to.

Concerning design and characters' rendering, OMG this game doesn't deserve more than 1-2 stars as I could read and agree in the other players' reviews. I was thinking all the time in the game: which answer to choose in dialogs to give me additional points in the counters! This is not the right way to be captivated by a story when you only play "mecchanical as a robot" to earn some rewards.
Conclusion, game abandoned and I know why.

Decent enough story and good models but after a short while the content hits a wall and there just isnt much to do. The days feel repetitive and your progress with a character doesnt pay off unless a special daily or even weekly event is triggered at the right time. An ingame puzzle/game is also too hard to play right and confusing. Finally some choices you must take (who to play as during weekends, dialogue options, etc) are confusing and you arent given an idea of their effect on the story, meaning you might do something that locked you out of some other part of the story and you wouldnt even know it.

Things missing from this game include a progress window where you can keep track of what you plan to do in the story and what you have done so far (because you now get lost and do nothing for in-game days), more activities to keep weeks interesting, more locations because you are really confined currently, and more dialogue options to make interacting with all the characters something other than a complete waste of time once you have done their part in the story currently.

Give it a try for the sexy models and the cheesy story. The sex scenes arent super but not that bad too. Lets hope future versions fix some of this games problems

Really enjoy this game characters look great and i really want 0.9 to be android please soon. Can't wait to play more with Tasha and take her to the cottage and stuff. Shower scenes are cool too +points on that

I played thee first version of it and deleted it. It was just too long and boring to get much of nothing. I realize that there are many games out there like this one. I think the first version was over way to many days, Clicking time to time and room to room becomes monotonous. Artistry is good and so is story line however.

Excellent image quality, improving story writing. Great potential. I really hope it won't be abandoned. Great game. Love it. Could be a little more NTR and some addtional character in the future. Gameplay is nothing unusual.

This game could have been good, if the guy who made it actually knew anything about game design. The problems in ascending order of severity: It's grindy, it barely informs player in any way what to do next, and last and the most egregious mistake of them all: The game has actually several parts that you can screw up, and then be unable to progress -- without the game being over. You'll just never get anywhere if you screw up those things.

What are we playing here? Sierra game circla 1995 with ability to play until the last 5% of the game only to learn from a walkthrough (and not even from the game) that you screwed up 20 hours ago and now can't finish the game without restarting?

That said: there are some good parts, the slowly (this is a good thing, most porn games are too quick) rising sexual tension and escalation with the stepmom, especially is quite tasty.

The game does feel decidedly Russian in philosophy, I'll give you that. Bitchy women, and skirting between consensual and non-consensual in a way that can be charitably called "pushy" and would probably legally meet the definition of rape, but not quite, because "she secretly wanted it".

Now, I don't really mind this too much as this is a porn game, so whatever. I just can't help but notice the common theme in all Russian games. Tells you something about the culture and not in a good way.

The writing is some of the worst I have seen in a game here. Everyone talks like they are an Indian version of Data from star trek, in other words completely robotic, lacking any nuance or emotion while also having a limited understanding of the English language. Any semblance of a human personality is a complete caricature of how a person acts.

The story goes way too fast, never relaxing and just enjoying the personalities of the characters (which they lack in the first place). Its the second day of her being there and I'm already taking her out for coffee and devising a plan to spy on her in the shower? No.

The renders vary wildly in quality, going from a grainy mess, to an average, acceptable clarity. Nothing spectacular has shown up in my playthrough though.

Yes we all notice that she looks like Triss Merigold. Drop it. Give a nod toward the series not a plot-line.

Game is boring and the multiple perspectives is jarring and not interesting for me. The whole idea of porn games is to put yourself in the shoes of the MC not play multiple perspectives.

As far as the boring part too little happens from day to day. I encountered a bug and had to restart from scratch so not only did I have to repeatable events through one play through but two.

There is also no sort of game over or checklist so you know where you are along the current version. It has some nice renders but you are better off just unren the game and looking at the pictures you won't be missing anything.

Great graphics. I like the revolutionary way of perspective change since its a breakthru from the norm. Tasha is hot , ala .....well she is hot in certain renders.

There is a story involved and characters with their own personality which is always a plus for me. Currently there are only 2 main women that have stats ( affectable?) Hopefully to see more more to add on.
Play style is quite linear , very gimped content to see if you don't play the max content walktru.
Personally i don't really like how fast Tasha get corrupted , albeit understandable since she need money badly so the flow of story is still rational.
Cons - the sex description is short almost like power point captions. While too lengthy sex description is bad , however this is like ,4 scenes , He carry her to bed. Have Sex. Ride me. He cum already , and that is one sentence per scene so

Not only that somebody from Patreon pick up the game of the year and his last story so far, nobody knows either the Boss from the group RED to 100%. The quality and the story are great as well. The rendered images and body are even better as her famous prototype, The tension to use the opposite way as the original game, that two men try to get her make the real sense in this game. All fans from the original game get now a tissue for tears and I hope that at least on other hot women get her modern story as well.

The scense of competion between Father & Son, give this Story an open End. The sideplayers can be key to the real end. Also the Photostudio from the Father friend can push Tasha in some blackmail agains Alex. Even the sex with Charlotte can be ruin his relationship to Tasha. As well David can take advance over Tasha if he find out that Alex fuck with his wife. One weak point in this Story thats either Tanja or Tasha getting arroused or have some pleasure each other or from Alex or Father by Hand or Mouth. The only scene after 75 days is when Tasha said during boobs-job- Iget horny, thats not enough after all this time.

Great concept at the start. Mixing in father in all of it is forced and not needed. If dev wants a father/son play then he should do it at the start or give a hint about it. I really not like this father guy. Much content is focused on him and I would like to first play solely as son then we could try out father route.

Minus? Father route. It just destroys the flow of the game... It should be possible to be a father but help his son achive his ambitions. Like sher his wife with son or something like that to awaken her to sexual world of depravity. Couse he is in marriage with wife which denies him sexual pleasure if he got what he needed then there would be little thoughts about cheating her. Then there is Tanya "nice" new character which would like to explore and get to know but we got almost no content with her and relationship and other things ale not implemented with her.. so she is just a teaser for now. It would be interesting to have father (step)mother threesome or aunt(step?) with Tasha.. there are many possibilities for the future. Peep on girls in bathroom. Masturbation peeping. Optional of course etc. Going out into the city is a good way to spend time with family. Some will randomly appear like going shopping with all of them. To swimming pool etc. All their life could be kinky. I was grinding Ala in hope that something I could do with her. Then I saw walktrough and what did I see? Two/Three scenes which I repeatedly done.. to see a difference. My bad that I hoped for something from so early version.
So far only flaw in this game is father route. Father could be helpful guy or a dickhead. Dev made a dick out of him.. Next Eric? Which we now have control over but it is still next Eric which is wanted to beaten up.. To drive him out of home or something similar we could use a friend of Tasha. Get photos of him with her. Blackmail him into submission or driving him out of home for separation etc.

At the start we could even choose which character is going to be a main one. Father or son.. etc. Those are just things I thought of.. how to implement or do them are completly different matter. Good position to try, but version 05 is a lettle too early

This game has a great concept as well as some amazing renders of the girls. The problem with this game is that there is not much to do as well as the content you can do is not satisfying. 2 of the girls in this game are annoying to me as the wife and her sister are a pain in the ass and you can’t interact with them much yet.
I also didn’t know that you would be playing as the father as well as the son. This is interesting but I think the whole falling down in the bathroom. Scene is stupid and some better ideas need to be used for seduction.

It's slow, repetitive, little event I'm at day 36 and I give up because I'm bored. I play with version 0.5. What is intersting is to be able to play successively two characters who are competitors. It is troubling.

Rendering is great!
Story is wrote logically and interesting.
Au-pair is fresh for porn games.
How he deal with NTR contents in game is smart!
With the story keep going ,you'll be able to control father doing or not to do NTR.
So you decide urself how the story going.
And u will have more scenes by letting father play his tricks.
No need to grind.Time will solve things.Find the right person and let time pass is all u need to do.

Good Points:
*The renders are really good and the premise was interesting.
*There wasn't any bugs.
*No grinding systems.

Bad Points:
*You will be tricked, the dev first says you will be playing in one way and then it all changes, he doesn't know what he is doing. Also can't trust someone who can't make a simple script and follow it.
*The gameplay change was really annoying. Like what's the point in doing lots of thing for Tasha if the father will get her much faster ? He should sticked with the Son, then used the Father idea in another project.
* Again the dev seems pretty confusing about what is he doing. He may change things out of blue.
*I can't play something that inconsistent.

Great rendering, decent storyline, the build up is pretty good but definitely needs something more added other than constant teasing. We see that enough in far too many games or we see brief sexual scenes with zero build up that just become boring and doesn't attract attention long enough. If a game has been going for several months to a full year and it's just constant build, those who contribute feedback or money are just wasting time. The devs in question are just milking money out of their customers when they could be turning out completed games and even expand on them like doing a series of games with the same characters to tell a longer story or update the games with expansions, just to offer some thoughts cause this actually has the potential like a few others to be an excellent game.

Game starts off very well. Nice graphics and witty dialogue.
Then the dev forces you to become the character you have been trying to beat to Tasha and expects you to cuck yourself...

Far too strange and disappointing for me at that point I'm afraid.

Great graphics, interesting story!! The writing is just the right amount... not a ton, but enough to keep things progressing.

There are a couple of different paths that you can go also... And you pretty much now where the decisions are. That is also nice.

I like the play off of Witcher also. Brings a real world thought into play.

Once again, well done. I hope more content continues to be added.
