Hello everyone. I was wondering if ANYONE could remove some music from a video and keep just the swish sound effects from it using Audacity? Please let me know A.S.A.P. Thanks in advance.

If you extract the sound from the video, you're not going to have sound in layers (what the creator would've used, bg music with the sound effect on top). In other words, you'd always get a mix of the background music and the sound effect. Doesn't matter if you use Audacity or another program, the layer is flattened once it's saved to a youtube friendly format like this, just like if you were working in layers in photoshop, then saved in a jpeg.
