A short game in the format of an interactive comic book with relevant mini-games.
The visual part is done at a high level — the drawing style is respected. It is both unique and aesthetically appealing. The scenes are presented perfectly, the dynamics do not fail.
Mini-games are a strong point of the project.
They logically fit into the plot: for example, a torn painting needs to be assembled like a puzzle in order to see the image. The mechanics are varied, but not overwhelming — the difficulty is moderate.
Disadvantages: music and understatement of the plot.
The same looping track sounds throughout the game (including the menu), and its style does not match the atmosphere at all. The plot also raises questions: key points remain unsolved — what kind of book, where did Aunt Kerla go, who is the demon. It feels like it's a demo version, but, alas, it's a full-fledged release.
Bottom line: despite the disadvantages, the game is worthy of attention.
The author managed to get interested, and now I want to try his other projects. I recommend the passage, if you are not confused by individual flaws.
