Okay, I'll install qbittorrent, and then seed it for a while. Would also be easier to share a magnet, instead of the torrent file, for easier sharing.

I would recommend making a torrent for each game, and then having a torrent that links to the other torrents. So it becomes a cross seed torrent.
Also it seems like you just have the videos in the subdirectory. I think it would be easier if you make the subdirectory follow the layout of the game. For example, for a Ren'Py game, you would store the videos in `game/videos/*.mp4` or whatever path the dev is using. That would let the user to drag and drop the folder and have the assets placed in the correct location.

None of these are games, all collections of video from 3d artist.
It's odd I was able to download from my mobile data.

Did you add any trackers to the torrent file? For me it doesn't find any peers, and doesn't seem to have any trackers.

I think I found out my issue, if not I will be moving to file browser for file share instead of torrents but I'm rescanning so it might be a bit, but hopefully the issue is gone.

TL;DR: Alot of the Nyakumi videos are just cancer to rip into AV1.
About those Nyakumi scenes.
When downscaling 4K scene to 1080p theres is some detail loss which i could not avoid even with raising up the bitrate.
I did encode more scenes and even with software encoding the image just breaks apart in high motion scenes unless given ridiculous amount of bitrate.
Reason for that in some scenes seems to be that Nyakumi has not used motion blur in that video at all.
I threw those videos into davinci resolve and found out that those high motion scenes compress around 30% better when motion blur is added.
But older scenes that are not available in 4K are more problematic. I tried ripping them while back and i dont even want to touch them with a stick anymore. Im going to leave them sitting in my hdd as they are.
Theres some older 1080p/1440p scenes that are fine, but most would require touch ups with Topaz first on a scene by scene basis to get rid of already existing compression artifacts, blocking and debanding.
With that i've managed to get at least 4 scenes from 2024 to around 8-12 Mb/s at 4K using crf 40 quality.

I know but i'd like to figure out how to get it working with my vpn ya know? The server is on win 11 is there an easy way i can just tunnel it to the folder for you guys?

I encoded 17 more scenes from 2023. 4K to 4K 10bit using svt-av1.
Well lit bright scenes will come out fine, but dark scenes are a mess especially when there is already horrible banding/blocking all over the source video. It just gets turned into blocky smeared soup no matter the bitrate.
I even tried psy fork of svt-av1 with all the visual tweaks + synthetic grain and superres setting
I would advice to run away and say no if someone asks to encode nyakumi scenes.
