how do i get to the very top of the industrial area to defeat the boss? dumb as i cant find a way
Talk to the guy in the small fenced off area, he'll tell you to go find his boss, the boss is in the floating island behind the ship, after you fing the boss return to the fence area to have him activate the pistons, use the pistons to reach the top.

The pistons give you a speed boost if you jump at the right moment, dont jump at the end when the piston is at its highest, jump a bit before that.

The entire point is that this framework wouldn't require that much more effort to have heterosexual options.
I'd play it, if my preference as a man liking ladies, was in there. Doesn't matter if there's gay stuff, as long as there's non-gay stuff, and you can freely choose to include or exclude one or the other. It's common for a lot of games to do this, and there's no reason this game should be an exception.
If only it wasn't just gay.

if this was your average harem game this would be true, but this is a game about a certain character who behaves in a certain way and is even voice acted by a dude, simply replacing the dick with a vagina wouldnt do it.
And even if it would be that easy the artist doesnt like that kind of content it would be like asking a straight developer to make gay content wich is allso not cool.
Like does every game need to have both gay and straight in it at all time? You're gonna get the MRE experience digestible by everyone but caters to nobody.

whether or not its easy is irrelevant if the creator doesn't want a straight option to be part of their project and I wonder how qualified you are to make that assessment. Maybe doing a bad hack job would be easy but I imagine most game devs with standards would probably not want to have a half-assed straight option associated with their project. Its also just a fundamental lack of respect to presume the gay content is superficial and not a part of the project's identity. I don't think you can fairly expect anyone to perceive the statement that this game is "unnecessarily gay" as anything but inflammatory and counterproductive.
If you want to enjoy content created by gay creators for a gay audience you need to take responsibility to grow as a person and find a way to enjoy it for what it is instead of feeling you are entitled to a straight option. If the 'framework wouldn't require that much effort to have heterosexual options' it shouldn't be too hard to use your imagination. I am 100% gay never in my life have I found a woman attractive but if I see a straight game that I like the concept of its up to me to find a way to digest it, not the game dev, and if I can't do that I move on because I'm not entitled to their time.

in my honest opinion? 9 outta ten, just got to sunsurbia and it already feels like an staple for what furry openworlds should strive for.
Since it's an demo, it's could also serve as an patent & framework for how other anthro open world games operate, movements nice and floaty while also being responsive and quick.
And I could easily see someone using the control scheme to make their own FAAA (Furry Triple A), inspired by such things as assassins creed, saints row, super mario sunshine, etc.
Axyn, even as a demo, is the basis for a good game...
If I had one thing to say about sunsurbia that's a critique? For being the so called "Largest Town" it is rather quaint. I was expecting an town as large as SolaToRobo's Pharoh from SolaToRobo CH 3. But I guess it will be further expanded upon later.
I could even see it having an tram system connecting the "fragments" of the city with an conductor inside to take you from place to place... Very nice as it is right now though.
I gave it an 9/10 because it doesn't have support for my corsair mouses extra mouse buttons. You can't bind things to the scroll wheel (just the middle mouse button) or sensitivity changer button on my mouse, and M5 and M6 also unbind things instead of getting bound.
Still a solid experience and really lives up to it's name.
