> Yeap i played since it comes in f95.
>oh no all devs who take breaks are greedy and manipulative for milking peoples voluntary monthly payments to their game but I would never actually give them money
you are entitled. you are the literal last person this dev owes time and work on their game to. If devs worked on their games like you wanted them to every game you played would be hot dogshit.
So, you thought every f95 profile not supporing them in Patreon or Steam ? I once gave donation for this game and see what happens ? 5 months. They are getting money and not giving new updates for months. I am not talking about just this Developer. And hey, you are in piracy site too!!! And yes, they are greedy and depressed lads.

And let me ask you something. How can i find a new nswf comes if i not looking this kind of sites ? What is your point ?

I think it's kind of set in stone given I changed my pfp like 2 days ago, and around 5 months ago is when I actually came across the game, so I don't understand how that invalidated any of what I said.

This is not the response of a strong developer. Many trending games on this site and developers of games that haven't been updated in a long time use the same excuse. They are all depressed, they are all unhealthy. They collect money through Patreon and then disappear for a long time. They have no control over their money or their lives. This cannot be an excuse.
Shit happens, and unless it becomes a pattern of behavior (and if it's a chronic issue even then sometimes) it's perfectly fine for someone to have health issues that pull them away from what is more or less a pet project for a few months. Unfortunate for those who are fans of their work, yes, but like I said shit just happens sometimes.

And to head off any potential accusations of bias or anything, I'm new here. I only discovered this game a couple weeks ago, but it's really damn good, and I can tell the dev has some serious passion for their work. I have not supported the dev as of yet, I'm currently waiting for a Steam release so I can buy it there, but depending on the next update I may end up going to the Patreon first.

Either way, this game is good, the dev clearly has a passion for their work, and even if they weren't this game is already worth a few buck as it is right now.

Side not, as an unfortunate matter of fact, mental health issues are a very common thing in the porn community. Huge pushback from the anti-porn crowd, huge pushback from the banks, huge pushback from viewers who aren't into your specific kink, and the near complete inability to talk about any of this with most people in your life, so on and so forth. Whe you really think about it for a second, it's really no surprise that porn creators have a tendency towards severe depression.

I'm not new here. I've been here since 2020. You don't see this problem in games that aren't very noticeable or popular. Whenever a game becomes popular and raises a lot of donations on Patreon, after a while the game's developer immediately plays the “my mom is sick/I'm sick/I'm broke/I'm depressed” card, and for months and months there are no updates. Check my profile; you'll see similar comments under a few posts. Because this situation has started to be exploited. Most of the time, they collect a lot of money on Patreon, delay the updates, and then abandon the project. Click on the trending games section on the site. Many of them have the label ‘abandoned’ at the beginning. These games were once popular and earned a lot of donations/purchases. When I download the games here, I play them thinking it's a demo. After that, I either buy the long-term ones from Steam or support them on Patreon. When games are well-made and produce something unique, you assume they won't turn into a scam, but most do. I'm really tired of this situation.

First off, let me be clear, when I said I was new here I meant here, as in new to this game. I've been around on this site since roughly 2019 on a different account (lost access to the email the account was created with, and when I got logged out couldn't recover the account and had to make a new one), so I fully understand the frustration of watching a game pick up steam only to suddenly drop off due to illness/income/mental health issues. I'm very familiar with this problem, and yet I always give a dev the benefit of the doubt at least the first time it happens, since (as I previously stated) shit just happens sometimes and mental health problems in particular are quite common in the entire adult industry for a variety of reasons, games development included. As far as I've been able to find, this is the first instance with this dev, so we'll see how it goes from here on out, but taking your frustration at an entire industry's worth of potential bad actors and laying it at the feet of a dev who has had to my count a single instance of "playing the I'm depressed card" seems a little extreme. At least let the man turn it into a pattern of behavior before accusing him of being a member of the "I only develop the games until they make enough money on Patreon to coast off of" crowd.

Again, I don't blame you for this take, I agree entirely and it sucks ass, but give the dev a chance. Taking this mentality and putting it immediately on display to the dev gives them another excuse to bail if that's the intent, and gives them another thing causing them grief if it's not. I fully understand the frustration, the only thing you can really do about it is look for the devs that seem to be doing their best and try to give them at least a little support, and going full doomer on a project at the first hurdle is a good way to sap a dev's will to keep working, especially if the reason that hurdle even exists is because the dev is having mental health issues.

All game development projects hit rough patches, some halt entirely for months at a time, and honestly most of them don't really go anywhere past the initial burst of development. This is true of all game development, not just adult games, but since adult games tend to require crowdfunding we get to see far more of the process and far far more games start only to be dropped a couple months in. Most games aren't even announced by that point in development, but adult games frequently have to be to secure the funding necessary to continue development. As much as it sucks getting invested in a game only for it to be abandoned, that's just what happens with game development, we just don't usually get to see that process, nor in as much detail, anywhere else.

I put faith in the developer that they will finish Axyn. They seem really dedicated in finishing it, have made multiple games before this and there's already a teaser trailer for the next update; Pasejo.

Since no one answered the question I saw earlier in the thread, are there any scenes/interactions with enemies, or is it all NPC stuff?
As far as I can tell there's no enemy scenes or any non-con or dub-con in general so far. Maybe later in development, but it honestly doesn't really seem like that kind of game.
