Hi! I'm not sure if this is even the right place to ask, but i am somewhat desperately looking for ways to back up my save files from my phone without having to Root my phone, which i have never done and am very uncomfortable with.
My issue is that i find the folders and files (mostly Ren'py saves) i want to get out, but it gives me an unspecified error when trying to copy it. as far as i can understand from some googling its an issue with Android 13 security? the data folder being locked down pretty hard? i have tried some stuff from a few reddit posts but no success.
my question is: Is it even possible to back up stuff without Rooting? I understand that its likely waay easier to "just root it" and get it over with, but is there a way that i am missing to do it without rooting?
