Ren'Py - Bad Boy [Build 16] [slonique]

This is a polarizing game.
First there is no plot at all, no dialogues outside sex scene, you are droped in the game no info, no intro, no objectives and you get right away into spanking, undressing girls without consequences, even your mom and you don't really understand why.

But on the other side, the girls are hot, the dialogues i nthe cutscene are good enough, the scenes are very hot, and not all girls unlock the sex scenes the same way. By progresing on different girls you can also unlock some stuff between them, like forcing a girl to please another one even though she doesn't want to, so that the other girl will grant you a favor.

So giving a score is hard because there are things missing, but on the other hand the stuff that's there is hot. So I am giving it a 4.0 hoping the other syuff gets added for more consistency.

Some advice for those that are starting the gamle.
Make sure you raise your stamina whenever you can by showering, washing your face, eating every quarter (the day is divided in 4), you can do most of the actions 4 times a day. You can shower and eat at home, eat, urinate and wash yourself at school and urinate and wash your face at the office. This givues a LOT of stamina and should let you do most things during a day.

Train yourself, each body point incease stamina by 1. You can train one time at each place per quarter. So train everytime in your room, at the pool in the college and even at the gym if you have the stamina.

Corruption allows you to ask for more sexual things. But somethings might be required even if you have enough corruption. It might be stealing the girls panties before interacting with her. It might be checking her underskirt to see what's she is "using" to push her into doing what you want, it might be training her.

My experience (Build 16) overall with the game was great! The game starts off with no explanation, but the gameplay isn’t hard to grasp. There are 4 time windows throughout the day where you are allowed to interact with the characters. One of the cons I might say and where there could be improvement, is the energy. You have an initial energy of 50 and each interaction would cost 10 energy. I can see why many find this inconvenient. I hope the dev is able to implement a solution where you could perhaps buy items to increase the max capacity of your energy. So far, you could shower or relieve yourself to gain more.

The story is straight to the point and unlocks once you’ve discovered the a part of the game. It has a quest guide inside which is helpful.

The actual h content is good and with more updates will increase and improve.

Build 10 review

I'm giving this two stars because I didn't run into any bugs during my 10 minutes of playing but the almost total lack of plot and disabled rollback means I do not recommend playing it.

It's a pretty standard Ren'py sandbox so it's not hard to figure out how to play: you have energy, you click on buttons to move around until you find a woman and then you use energy to harass her: the talk options are all blank so you generally have a choice of staring at them, slapping their asses, or stripping them. These actions build corruption which unlock more options. But, other than them complaining when you harass them, there's zero introduction or dialogue. You can assume that the lady in your house is supposed to be related to you or the woman in the library is the librarian but that's about it. Why are you doing any of this? Is this how the dev thinks life works: you wander around until you find a woman and then slap her ass until she agrees to show you her tits? It's pretty weak even for porn.

The game functions, i'll give it that. I don't think it would ever be a good game but throw in a couple sentences introducing characters and giving the player a motive and it'd be your average Ren'py sandbox for this site.

I don't know why the game has such a low rating, but I really liked it. Unfortunately, there are very few games that you can say are exciting. The game has a plot and interesting and clear quests that intrigue and at the same time, thanks to the magazine, it is clear what to do next. I will not discuss the graphics, it is original and in my opinion normal. The only thing I did not really like was the strangeness of the saves, which work discretely, and not from the place where it was saved, but this is generally not critical. Thanks to the author for the work, I will add the game to the collection and will wait for the continuation. I recommend trying it .

Review based on build 10

Sadly, it looks better than it is. The images are great, but the gameplay is horrible.
Very grindy and extremely repetitive. (wait, are those the same thing?) Haha.
The dialogue is very bad, IMO.
I don't recommend the game at this point. Maybe it will get better.

Sad to say this is shockingly bad. The Synopsis really makes no sense at all and the game just drops you into your room. No introduction to who you are, or who the people are you encounter.

What people confuse as Sandbox is really just an absolutely horrendous UI, one of the worst I have ever seen. The layout is a bunch of buttons, you randomly click on to go anywhere. You see people in some of these places with absolutely zero choices other than to stare at them. Nonono...not you the user staring at the picture, your choices are literally to STARE at them!

It's a shame because the Art style and characters look great but it is hindered by the piss poor UI. As for the story it may be amazing but the UI is so bad it will make most people skip it. This is a well deserved 1 out of 5 game that has tremendous potential but it needs a complete rework from a dev that cares about the project.

The game is not as bad and grindy in my book as mentioned before. There are two keys to a decent progression: (1) take advantage of college and home energy adds for every day time and (2) keep training as this raises your base energy which is a must for the more interesting scenes. The graphics are Slonique and range from okay to good. The almost complete lack of animations prevented me from awarding 4 stars. Don't expect much of a story, actually there's no story, just some short dialogues and progressing scenes. It took me about a good hour for the complete build 6 playthrough.

review on build 6:
I hesitated to give this game a try becasue of previous games of This developer, as he never finished any of his games.
But since it's several years now since one of his updates got published over here, i wanted to give a fair try and the benefit of the doubt.

WHAT A MISTAKE and a waste of time.

This game is again a perfect demonstration why people hate sandbox games that much. The grind is horrible.
To corrupt ONE girl you still need felt 100+ steps for each corruption stage.
These steps need energy, but the max energy you have, only allows 3 corruption steps a day, which means you need a lot of grind to unlock the next step.
It MAYBE would be ok, if there's some good reward, but just reaching the next step is not enough for the time you need to invest.
Basically this game is unplayable right now.
The immersion you might build up is broken again and again just because of the boredom of stat-grinding.
If you are into senseless "rinse and repeat", this game may be something for you, but if you want to immerse into a good corruption story, you should definitively pass on this one.

I`m a big fan of the Corruption genre, but this game feels way to repetitive, To unlock for ONE character most of her scenes you have to do +400 corruptions steps.

Which means at the start you do 1-3 corruption steps on ONE character and repeat next day.
Since your energy only last so long.

Ofc. you can train your character in your room or at the college which means doing the same over and over again in game weeks long.

Basically this game does not have enough content so the Dev. "stretches out" the little existing content by increase the female corruption steps unneeded tall.

It`s a shame, since the female models look quite good, hopefully we see a "remake" of this game maybe in 3-5 years when another Dev. is willing to put in the work a real game deserves.

For now this is more a hamster wheel then a real game.
