I find something I really love thatdiesnt get much attention is bad ends that feel like proper bad ends. Like something legitimately horrible has happened to someone who didnt deserve it. Most bad end things either arent that bad hentai fates wise or go out of their way to justify why this girl is going through it when that completely misses the point imo. Justifying it almost feels more morally wrong (as if that's a thing pornographers need to worry about) and somehow less kinky. Part of the kink is its clear the victim doesn't deserve it, whether they're a kind hero or just a bystander.
Examples of what I mean:
LonaRPG, the most recent game I've played on this list and what made me make this thread.
EraTohoK, where you can torture (or romance) the touhou girls to sexual insanity
Corrupted Saviours, where you corrupt magical girls as the generic magical girl baddy
Degrees of Lewdity, where you play an orphan making her way in a world where apparently everyone is a rapist
Black Souls, where you can rape and capture the girls (or romance them) with pretty real consequences for their mental health.
If anyone has more games like these, please inform me! Bonus if characters besides the protagonist(s) get caught up in the terrible fates, and a sandbox genre, but I'm not in the position to be choosy. Draw a hard line against scat though.
