Trying to find games where you can be transformed during or upon losing a fight. Something like slavegirl rising over on TFgames where enemies can transform you mid fight into a monster girl or when you lose. Or for games where you can be transformed temporarily losing makes the transformation "stick". More into the minion or monster girl aspect, and not really caring about the gender, though TS games would be a surprise.
Graphics would be better than text, though TiTs and CoC games have been fun for some of this.
