"Every time I see some women furry in the Latest, I just automatically know to ignore the thread, because it is 100 % straight stuff.

No hate, to each their own.

I just think it's funny cause it is so predictable."

Like, no shit? Water is wet? Are you even into furry? Cause at some point you just have to learn to live with gay content in the community without making a post about it.

Not a whole lot of content yet, but what's there is pretty fucking high quality. Definitely keeping an eye on this one.

To those who wonder why the FUCK theres always an idiot in these types of threads who feel the need to post such inane comments, I think I actually have a psychological reason for these

1. People are signaling their identity or boundaries

When someone writes “I don’t like gay but…”, they’re signaling to others:
  • “I’m not part of this group.”
  • “Don’t misinterpret my presence here.”
  • “I’m still straight.”
This isn’t usually about the game at all—it’s about managing their self-image in a space where they fear being associated with something they reject or don’t want to be seen as liking. It’s a form of identity maintenance.

2. Curiosity clashes with discomfort

Many users land on these pages out of:
  • browsing popular/new uploads,
  • curiosity about mechanics,
  • the art style,
  • or simply clicking without noticing tags.
When they accidentally find something that conflicts with their comfort zone, they feel a need to explain why they’re there, even if no one asked. This is psychological dissonance:
“If I don’t like this, why am I here?”

The comment is them trying to resolve that contradiction publicly.

3. Straight-normative environments

F95Zone is overwhelmingly hetero-oriented. So hetero users often have a subconscious assumption that:
  • they are the “default” audience,
  • queer content is the “exception,”
  • and their opinion is the central one.
So when they encounter queer content, they treat it as if:
  • the creator owes them an explanation,
  • or the game is deviating from what they expect.
Thus the “Why is this gay?” comments. Even though the tag literally tells them. It could also be seen as a fear response as they do not want their environment to be filled with that which they do not like or enjoy.

SO IN SHORT - All these points results in people posting things that read as unnecessary or annoying to others, but come from very common psychological habits as well as fears.

Thank you for wasting your time reading the shit I just wasted my time writing, now I shall go goon to this game whilst contemplating why I even took psychology in college yet work at a restaurant.

Lol this is why I like to read comments here, always something interesting pop-out of no where, thanks :ROFLMAO:
Tho on top of their identity insecurity and desperate for validation, there's also another root:
They are very self-centered, lack of common courtesy, and can't read a room.

Don't use "common psychological habits" to excuse them, people should've known / behave better.

Guy sees male furry, and needs to make a post about how he doesn't like gay games!? Like... Do you seriously need so much a muscular male to only fuck females?
... Like, just admit you like muscular males hanging out already, geez.

This game had a GREAT headstart. It's so funny how the UI is basically Persona 3/4/5, but the animations are great and I liked the dialogs a lot, but not to expect many updates too often... This looks like a lot of work for about 4 people
