Stuff is pretty particular in BB modding. Make sure it's the right file type, in the right folder, and in the right dimensions.
yeah, turns out I had to actually encode the mp4 file to webm, you can't just change the file extension.
but now i am having a problem with making cutscenes, it was working fine when I was testing but now the game crashes when is about to play it. i guess I put too much lines and pics...

Edit: idk what i did wrong at first but I started over and down-scaled the images from 1920x1080 to 1056x584 and now it works, I still can't get the "Fade" transitions to work though...

Edit 2: Turns out the size of the picture don't matter, the game was crashing simply becasue the script.cfg was literally missing a quotation mark in one line of code lmao

Do any of the other store items work? The only things that show up are the tracks but none of the images show up in the gallery.

Don't know if there is a dedicated thread for mods but I made this mod replacing the original art with IRL Porn Clips from LifeSelector

WARNING: Contains Incest dialogue (and the cringe one too, I'm not a writer leave me alone lol)


My modification also makes it so that all difficulties now only use one note so it's easier... kinda, you still have to follow the beat and some on them are hard.
It also makes it so that all levels use the "Horny Mode" when you reach a combo at a certain part of the song.
The second level it's glitched though, there is a weird effect that happens even in vanilla when horny mode gets activated, which I think is why is deactivated by default.

I just replaced the original work with my loops, I did not add additional scenes, so if a level only had one scene, that level will stay as one scene only (eg. Gale Level)

Download and just replace the Data Folder (make sure to backup your original data folder) Enjoy.
Not that I'm aware of. There doesn't appear to be many mods for 2.8 yet so thanks for contributing.
There is an archive of mods for versions 1.3 & 2.6 that I came across.

So that lasted version can not avalible to use the mods of the game and other i hope the devs can option to custom to press the bottoms in same other rythming games muse dash i am have little hard waiting the circle press in the moment of the white circle in muse dash you can press some little few sec of enter in the moment press the bottom

If you actually are in the community, you see what regular progress updates look like. Yeah, maybe the devs aren't spending a literal 100% of their time working on the game. There's another game also being worked on, and people like to do creative things in their off-time too. But they aren't exactly slacking either. Getting the stuff done that went into this update was a lot of work, and it needed to get done sooner rather than later. The game's framework being able to accommodate everything that you want the game to do is a higher priority than filling out animation content to completion. And now that they've done that work, it will be easier to get content finished and then release the game.

They have different staff positions for code and for art. The people responsible for art are fucking glacial.

Furries are a helluva lot more gay than straight. Like, according to most self-id reports, only 20-30 percent of furries identify as "straight or predominantly straight." Google it.

You might have a point in regards to an average hentai game, but furries in general aren't nearly as... averse to male on male content as you are.

Iirc, Komdog's decision was based on one or more animators/artists not being comfortable drawing gay porn, and to reduce the amount of work he'd have to do to make a full game. After all, if he does make gay content for the game, he'd like to make a full roster equal to the amount of straight content.

But then again, that's just what I heard.

People that will jerk off to furries are not the same demographic as the coomer braindead goblins that self-identify as furry, dress up in weird suits and do illegal / borderline illegal things on a regular basis.

Every week they host a sketch request stream where they draw 3-4 shaded custom drawings - yet somehow it took them 8 months to make one level for the game they are making sketches of

why would they? they can just sit back and take the money of over 1000 furry retards every month, releasing tiny bits of updates from time to time just enough so that nobody cancels their patreon subscriptions, the smart financial decision is to take as long as you possibly can

I think the reason we don't get art is cause that is probably the easiest, fastest, and most noticable aspect of the game. You will notice if a stage has new art, but you probably won't notice if the game runs 3 fps faster, or that heavy note spams are less likely to drop.
If a stage is done except for the art, and replacing the sketches takes 3 seconds, then you would much rather do the hard part first, and finish it off with the parts that are so simple it's basically impossible to fuck up.
Coding is hard, so it would make sense to focus on that first (releasing builds along the way to see how the audience reacts to new mechanics) and when the path clears, with only polishing remaining, you would go back and making things look better.

Even in this game, the reason 2.8 was even posted, was because they added the cutscenes and a new charting system. You don't want to release new things if people don't want them/can't use them.
