Maybe I got a depricated version then, where are the options? Also I see there is some stuff that's "under construction" There is more coming to the game?

Bottom left of the main menu, press esc to open up the settings. Game, video, audio, keybinds, and toy options are all in there. That includes things you listed originally like vsync and resolution

Are you on the newest version? Y ou know you can click ESC to acces settings
