HTML - Become Someone [v1.41] [Volen]

Kind of boring. While they've solved the grinding problem, the game still seems off. It gives off the feeling of wanting to be taken seriously as a story, but missing the story aspect.

I'm one of the few, I think, that's more satisfied with the build up coupled with a story. Accomplishing a new relationship goal feels half-assed since there's barely any text, it's over so fast it's almost like it never happened.

I have been following this game for a while now and finally they have done something to solve the grind, granted its still there but its far better than back then, also they are finally starting to make a money sink mechanic and it seems like he is listening to the community, added with how good of a game it is I can say this is a good html game right now and if it continues getting better it might even become one of the best.

This game just felt off to me. There were some bugs (used the online version of 0.87), but none were game breaking. There are a bunch of different map locations, 8 or so different stats for your character, 3 relationship stats for each girl.... and yet it only take 3 interactions with the Mom to get a blowjob? It's like the developer built this whole world for you to progress through, just to have you beat the game midway through the first level. Maybe I'm so used to games like Dual Family, where is takes forever to end up with almost no content, that the reverse just makes me uncomfortable? But seriously, the developer should flesh out the content a bit. It's just not a believable progression at this point.

A lot of content in this game so far. When you play most HTML games you get gifs and/or pics with no sound and they never are characters that you encounter in the game. This creator has clear spent a lot of time making sure all the girls here have their own gifs with sound and their pics are pretty spot on. That means you get some really great immersion during your play throughs. Another great thing is there is absolutely no bugs so far. At least none that I have encountered. It is grindy for sure and hope that the grind is less as this game comes to fruition. Also,. the progress window is great but would love to get a journal or something that can help us track the quests better or that can point us to the direction of starting said quest. I did notice the highlighted options for the college sequences which was great in letting me as a player know I had to go to that class. Hoping that is fleshed out more across the whole game. Giving it 4 out 5 as the grind prevents it from being a 5.

A lot of content here! A bit too grindy for my liking but def one of the best html games out there! A lot of girls but the paths at this stage are quite short for some of them. The map is a big talking point, I liked the way it was as first with only pictures of the places you could click. The story itself is pretty straight forward and involves a lot of corruption, which obviously is a good thing! A note to the dev. I'd happily take fewer but bigger updates, there's no need to update every week with just a couple of more random encounters.

Kind of meh.
GUI is too busy, yet it manages not to give enough information to player. There are lots of locations and buttons you can click that result in nothing. Navigating the map is too slow and prone to false clicks.

Character are dimensionless and progression with them is very unconvincing. Sexual interactions also are really wooden, often giving you no options at all. Also sex possibilities are location tied, so that brakes immersion even more. Game is also very poor at giving information on how to progress with the characters.

On the plus-side there seems to be lot's of stuff, hopefully it can be turned into something good. Now it is just mostly junk.

Review as of v 0.84
It is a big Html+real porn game. Porn is plentiful and easy to get to, not a lot of fetishes, mostly simple corruption-seduction-harem plot.
On the earlier versions there was a grind issue, as of now - it's pretty much gone, progression is smooth and easy, you constantly jump from scene to scene.
In latest versions Dev seems to shift game into more "complex" territory - adding minigames, additional systems, reworking navigation, etc. I can't say that this is a completely succesful endeavour - most of them feel out of place and detract from overall enjoyment. I would prefer simple content bumping for existing characters - "if it works, don't break it"
Don't expect some complicated plot/complex characters. This game isn't of that sort.

Usually I write that at the end of my reviews but, heavens, this game is awful.
You’ll grind for hours to get sex scenes that are short and not well written, the clips are good, but the rest is lackluster.
The writing in general is poor, using the indirect speech for everytime the MC dialogues with any character is cheap and dull.
The characters have no personality, they have one trait that gets canceled as soon they become sex addict.
But most importantly the game has no story, it tells you that you will become someone, it makes you question at the beginning of the game, but in the end it’s all futile!
It’s a boring sandbox full of boring activities that you have to get by grinding hours of your life, and the rewards are insulting.
I could mention other things like: the lack of choices, some bugs, cringy writing, clichés everywhere...
I still don‘t recommend this game, maybe you’ll find some fun in it, but I doubt it.

Lots to this game and it’s pretty hot overall. Maybe could use some hints about how to advance plots every so often. I seem to be stuck on the sister storyline right now. Also the map interaction can be a little annoying and it would be easier if there were a linked list of locations as an alternative way of getting around.

After couple hours i conclude this is a sheer grindfest my wrist hurts from moving the mouse and clicking so much raising these trust levels is just an annoyance , had not much fun playing this ... Pictures and so on everything seems nice but the grind destroys any fun and made me hate the game wouldn't touch it without cheats or saves.

It's a game, not real life, just a excellent easy but tricky game.

Into construction, but I like the dinamic of the game, doing diferent choices to see if something diferent happens.

I hope that in the future some sazonal events be added.

I think the best word to describe this game is "average".

It's not that the game is bad really. It's more that there isn't anything exotic or particularly interesting about the game and it's gameplay mechanics. You basically grind trust and corruption points until you get enough to trigger a scene, then you move to the next step grinding more points until you can have more scenes. Rinse and repeat.

The characters aren't interesting. I never felt involved in their persona, drama and such. You cannot involve yourself in the dialogue. They make decisions that make no sense and turn into mindless sluts as soon as you get enough trust points. And you don't even need those because being dominant enough will allow you to fuck them anyway without to do trust points, so what's the point?

At the beginning of the game, you can choose traits for your main character. But other than giving you starting points for some stats, it seem to have absolutely no influence on the events, dialogue or anything, really.

The main pro really is the UI. It's clean, precise, and easy to navigate. You don't get lost often and you can easily identify who is where and what kind of stats you have. Also, you can get to the scenes rather quick and easy, so it's a nice fap game.

First and foremost, this game has a really clear UI concept, although there's some work to be done on the phone and the sidebar on the left. Other than that, this game is well put together. Yes, you have to grind and yes, it can be tedious, but the clever use of real porn makes for a fun experience.

This is a review for v0.6.5. What would be great for this game, apart from more content, is the option to turn off sound playing (could not find it), a clear choice when it comes to the UI and a bit more variety when it comes to the quests. But, all in all, a decent HTML game.

Holy shit this UI is great. While I understand the critiques of others over the grind, I actually don't think it's that bad. It's slow paced, but with access to hints it's not really a problem. I hope to see this game grow in future updates.

Although I will say that the grind to get some characters to 50 corruption is a bit ridiculous.

The grind has been greatly reduced, which is a bit of a god send. The layout is more logical, and most everything has been improved. There are really only two things that feel like they could be improved upon.

First, it's not readily apparent which scenes are which in the gallery, or how to unlock them. If there were thumbnails it would be easier to navigate, and unlock hints would be helpful.

Two, the actual scenes are kind of a mile wide but an inch deep. There are a ton of pornstars in this game, but most of them only have a few scenes each. It would probably be better to expand the per-character scene count and scene variety before adding more characters.

To keep it short, a lot of effort has been put into making the UI look good and it's probably one of the best looking HTML games out there; there's a decent amount of girls and content for each of them...

The game is nothing special. It's mostly a grind fest to unlock a scene, then another, then another one... until you run out of content with a girl and move onto the next one.

It's not a bad game, just one to add to the "I'm gonna fuck every hot, living and breathing woman around me" pile.

One of the better interfaces within an HTML game, still a few bugs and navigation issues, but it is easy to navigate and keeps you involved. The game has the feeling of sandbox, while still being directed. A good amount of content with a large variety. With frequent updates and increasing content, this has turned into a Good, going on Excellent game.

Completely unrealistic.
At the start of the game you can costumize you, like , what you are, shy or a womanizer. I picked shy boy. So, first scene, classroom, where you want to sit? Shy girl or a slutty girl. I picked the slutty one. The scene starts > the shy boy picked the hand of the girl and placed it at his cock... -.- seems like he is not that shy. Second scene, this time I picked the shy girl. Shy girl and shy boy thats a good combination. Classroom, just a bit talk. Second scene, train with her, I gift her a leggings and she give me a blowjob and I can fuck her -.- She was shy the whole time, then somebody gave her a leggings and she turned into a slut.

This should be a adult life sim but all I see is a cock slut simulator. NOT WORTH!

The character creation is still nonseless, it makes no difference if you are a playboy or a shy boi. The progress is pretty unmotivated... each 5 trust you gain a new scene, so all time you just use the sexapp (to see every time the same text) to gain enough trust for the next scene.

ps.: The BDSM content seems not a part of the main game. Be enough dominant and you can fuck your sister and mother without gaining any trust.

This game gives me the "play without thinking" vibe, which is not bad its just not a game you will get invested in. At the moment it had too few of content and, as the developer decided to use videos, the game is excessively heavy on memory and the scenes aren't the best either as many time videos are played at the same time and the audio becomes a mess. I think this game has potential to become jolly good, one of those you can be sure you'll have fun with, its just not at that point yet. It also has a few problems, like not being able to do assigned homework most of the times, as in class you will receive it but once you go to the desk at the house there will be no hypertext that lets you do the homework. I recommend to wait for future updates.
oh also the saving menu is horrible to look at, its a punch in the eye, maybe changing the intensity of the white in a darker shade would reduce the HURTFUL contrast. Don't want to be mean just trying to help.

Happy to say that the game has now much more content, many bugs have been fixed and the color of the save menu has been modified, along with a few backgound touches to make it all more appealing. Many of the fixes have improved the quality of life. If you want to give this game a shot, now its a good time.

The story is just boring and a grind fest of rinse and repeat until something new opens up.
There is nothing new here and what game there is is very stale
I played for about 40 mins but was very board for most of that time. The stats are dead easy to cheat so There wasn't much grind for me but even with out the grind it felt like a chore.

A massive improvement over the last version i played but I can't see me playing this again for a very long time.
