Your game file needs to be named "BehindTheDune.exe" (or .swf or .apk) otherwise the game won't create a save file. If that's not the problem, then I don't know.
David gets quoted a lot on saying, that he isn't comfortable with incest and it's true, that he said that many years ago. BUT he clarified that statement a little while later, saying he wasn't comfortable specifically with incest with Jessica, because it doesn't fit her character.
That statement was before Alia existed in the game. And he has created many scenes between Paul and Jessica since then, due to popular demand. Still, I wouldn't hold out for a pregnancy ending with either of these two. David has been pestered by his fans for years to include something like that and it seems like that is a line he won't cross.
(Btw I kinda agree with his sentiment, that engaging in incest with Paul doesn't fit Jessica's character, however he definitely shot himself in the foot, by having the first character he ever created for the game be Jessica and having her perform a boobjob on Paul right away. He attracted incest fans to his game from the get-go. It's not unreasonable for them to expect more after such a start.)

To be honest, without the very first Jessica scene nobody would be here 7 years later discussing about a Flash game. It's not the refusal to give the fans what they want that is infuriating, is the teasing and never delivering without some twisted catch.
Also, the "doesn't fit the character" argument can be used only to a degree, if we wanted to be precise and faithful to the books the only characters to ever express any interest in Paul in a sexual way would be Chani and Harah.
If Balsamique can add flying poop or a futa Yueh with an interest in prostatic examinations in his game, then he can't use the "out of character" card, sorry. Just stop trying to milk this game.

Yep, he has low income without dune. Not sure about a lot of people, but I could care less about his other stuff he made. I was there for DUNE ! As long as we got that, he could do otherstuff as side line.
Dune is where the heart lies, That is what they say.
I'd be all over another classic DOS game parody, but that'd take years to get off the ground in
