It depends how it all goes down if the 3some happens at the end or near the end of the ep than yeah hopes are of a breakup would seem low. If he keeps steadily increasing development like this, the game won't end in 2032. It might not be over until 2040 because then it will take him 2 and 3 years each to develop one episode, lol.
That's assuming he plans to do 16-17 episodes, which I don't believe.
I still believe, considering how fast things are moving in ep10 and will be in ep11, he plans to end on 14-15 episodes.

Blame the supporters. Devs can only get away with stuff, because of sheep supporters. It is the same as with OF. Not the hoe is to blame, but the simps spending money on her. What are the chances that MCs mom is a Burgermeister? And who are the extended Royce's that are more involved with the college? And who's the old lady's son that left her in the home? Is it Stephen Burke? Jill's dad? Rusty's dad? Who are the two guys that were planning the ski trip at the prep party?

And what's with the MCs narration? Is he writing his own diary? Or is it something worse like he's in a mental institution and this whole story is just some multiple personality thing he's got going on?

I must agree that it would be funny if MC is partly a Burgmeister. I would love to see the reactions of MC and Rusty when they would find out, especially on the Jill route.

Yes, but I guess there will be another interlude, which he mentioned in one of his Q&A. In addition, another factor is that the DPC can stop inflating episodes, because I believe he himself understands that his constant increase in the duration of an episode is a path to nowhere.
It may eventually burn out when, for example, the development of one episode lasts 2 years. We can wait with a year and 3 months, but if the development takes 2 years or more, I assume it could hit the business and its self-esteem when unsubscribes from its patreon begin.

Currently no, but there are quite a few hints that ep 11 and/or later we can cheat on the partner we've chose and maybe (but that's pure speculation) break up with them. If you want to do a pure Bella route, you need to open a save of "the choice" (if you have one, which I hope you do) from season 2 episode 8 again and choose for Bella.
