There's one game specifically i'm trying to find but open to other games with this kink.
The game i'm looking for was a completely unremarkable game except that it featured belly-riding as a main concept. I think it was a bullet-heaven/swarm survivor type of game from a while back. I want to say it was likely made in Unity. From what i remember the female was the main character and humanoid (human or elf), and the male was probably an orc. I'm really hazy on details, must have been an older game. I searched here, ULMF, DLsite, and my own collection but i think it was probably a bad game so it's hard to find. I really would love to find it again only because of how unique the concept was.
