For me, is Fallen Doll. Most pretty 3D sandbox game. Not much of customization, but there is 3rd person, lot of poses, well done animations.
Imma go with honey select, seed of the dead, last evil, breeders of nephelim and captain hardcore although the latter isnt really a game yet but a sandbox.

Not sure if it is the best, especially that I haven't finished available content yet, but it is good looking, stable, and has a bit of quirky, but interesting story already. It is closer to VN rather than a sandbox game if that matters to you.

Graphic requirement is insane though. I got around it by settings render scale to 50% game didn't look different but my gpu went from 100% to 97% i have a 2060 btw.
