Call me curious. Been seeing a lot of games popping up with AI CG that is animated. What tools serve best for that in mind?

I think the first time I saw it being used was for Game Over CGs for Syahata's Bad Day? Those were animated by AI, right?

You're going to need a video card with a decent amount of vram. For any kind of resolution or length you're looking at 24-32gb.
