Seeking Best Gameplay?

Kamidori is a fun JRPG with a half-decent plot (if you don't mind the endless tropes).
Free Cities is one of the best management games ever made, along with Fort of Chains and No Haven.
Slave Trainer and Whoremaster are both fun, customizable games whose genre would probably be a lot more popular if it wasn't for the sex.
Trials in Tainted Space and Corruption of Champions are both fun RPGs, and Lilith's Throne might have the most customizable sex and character creator I've ever seen.
Hentai High School is a hidden gem of a simulation and corruption game that's only held back by the time investment needed and lack of polish.

I think, by this point, it's clear what I'm interested in: games with porn, rather than porn with clicking. I've certainly enjoyed many good VN style games, but those are always hit-or-miss and are relatively easy to find. These gameplay-centric games are not easy to find, however, and I'm worried that I'm beyond scraping the bottom of the barrel. As such, I thought I'd turn to the community!

What are the best gameplay-heavy games you've played? And to a lesser extent: Excluding the big-name titles (Skyrim, Fallout, Sims), what games have extensive NSFW mods?

I prefer to avoid JRPG games and Illusion games due to the size, difficulty of installation, and overall style, but if it's straightforward and worth a look, don't hold back. As far as my personal preferences, and from what I've played so far, I'd probably rank Free Cities at the top of my list in terms of "fun factor."

I can only think of a few that have gameplay that I know come close to being as good as mainstream games.

Karryn's Prison is challenging and complex enough to have different viable character builds and playstyles. It's still a bit rough, and some mechanics are obtuse, but yeah, this actually works as a JRPG. And just as well, because all the sex stuff is integrated into the combat system.

The Last Sovereign seemed like a very solid, if traditional, RPGM experience.

Ditto for Overwhored.

Corrupted Saviors is actually the one I've played the most. Once you get over the learning cliff, it's a rewarding corruption sim (albeit quite rapey and violent, it does also give you other options).

All of Akabur's games (Princess Trainer, Little Witch Trainer, etc) would probably scratch your itch.

Might wanna give Jack-o-nine-tails a go. Arguably the best slave trainer (or second best if you count Free Cities, I tend to view it as more of a management game) in my opinion. Can be as easy or as difficult as you want, depending on which character you choose to play as.
