Personal favorite gay games:

2d:
Full service - great art plus it respects your time (if you turn off the work minigame).

Coming out on top - you never forget your first lol.

Camp buddy - quality sex scenes but the guys are a little young for me.

3d:
Spacecorpsxxx - I get a laugh and a boner at the same time, plus it's high quality.

Straight!? - genuinely like the story plus the guys are cute.

Medieval times - Great amount of content
