I played before 1. Lust Epidemic 2. Peasant quest 3. Manila Shaw (very slow and limited to free-roaming)

You may also try a few Icstor's games: Milf's Villa, Milf's Control and .
Farmer's Dreams and Gate: the Opening have nice renders, but the games are quite buggy.

Demons Roots is a MUST PLAY for JRPG gamer
The hentai part is not great but the story and combat is on par with FF series, the pacing never get dulled and the combat is more than just holding the button or spamming skills. The lore and the world are also very interesting.
They chickened out at some point in the game but that's minor thing. it's a masterpiece game for RPGmaker and it deserves to be played by 10 millions people
