A bit late to the party - but since it's the top google result:
Look up "eraSDMprotoNTR"
It's 99.9% text... and it's a bit finnicky to get the translator running,
...also, the options can be a bit to understand,
...but almost no other games (especially NTR ones) have turn-based sex scenes where it feels like you're not just reading a wall-of-text.
...and absolutely NO NTR games has NPC's are this active. (They roam around and take actions on their own.)
Wish I could find more like it - even though it is not 100% translated, it is a true gem.

Im pretty late on this but I had AI translate some common dialogue and sakuya's lines and actions. It's just her I've translated till now though.
