In your opinion which is the game that would deserve the most a better exposure for its quality // which game holds a very high quality but adress a niche so won't get a huge success.

This may be cheating a bit, but I love management games. Combine it with porn and I can't get enough. That said, one of the best games in this genre is Hentai High-School+.
I'm cheating, mostly because in it's prime it was fairly popular. Open-source with several developers working on it. Sadly with an influx of western VN into the adult gaming arena, or perhaps it's just the fans moved on, heading to its forum today, it's nearly dead. A single lone developer, and a couple of modders pumping out content on at a ridiculously slow snail's pace. What once was a fairly popular game has been overshadowed and largely forgotten.

I think people skip over a lot of the old text adventure porn games (AIF, as it was called) just because they don't have images. The community's...in a different place right now (the active developers right now have either switched entirely to Patreon-friendly projects or their games tend to look like Fenoxo/tfgamessite-type stuff), but from the early to mid '80s all the way through the mid 2010s there's been a pretty steady influx of great text-based games. Meteor is probably one of the most famous (and great! Never sell that game short), but there's actually a shitton of fun stuff if you can get over the annoyance of a text-based parser.

Not for all tastes, and definitely a challenge for the incompletely English literate, but in my opinion it's very worth a look if that seems up your alley. Mostly hetero stuff, but lots of fetishes are represented.
