Seeking Best Western Game with 2d Animation like Divine Arms

I'm looking for western games with 2D animation. Divine Arms is a good example of this though it doesn't have to be a top down fighter.

I've looking around the "animated" and "2D game" tag and so far haven't found what I'm looking for.

Was wondering if anyone knew of other games with good 2D animation. Not looking for anything 3D.
