I'm not aware of any incest. MC lives with a girl around his age, but she came from another world. She's like a sister to him, but not blood-related. There is also a MILFy character who is like a mother to MC, but not blood related and she lives separately.

The other option is don't save her, but if you're not on a sharing/ntr path with her, that probably won't show.

Yeah, now that I'm remembering, the other option is to let someone else save her, and that person is Travis.
