This was some great potential with this game, but I felt that it was too much effort to get to the good rewards. It starts off quickly enough with a some worthwhile escalations that you can have with your secretary and neighbour, but all other parts of the game just don't seem to give you much reward for the effort that you put in.
When checking out the images folder, I was surprised to find a lot more content that what I found during my experience of the game itself. Either I was just not finding the right events, or it takes a really long grind to get to the spread of good content.
My advice: Play through the parts of the secretary and neighbour, and then see what else is in the images folder.

I'd say this is a solid foundation for the game.

Would like to have seen the dev focus early content on the school instead of the landlord? The secretary was actually nice content and I mean so was the landlord, but I chose to play a school setting game to actually play in a school setting.

I'm not entirely sure if the fitness\intelligence\charisma system effected anything. I didn't hit any noticable checkpoints after picking fitness at the start. Also I'm not sure if upgrading the school did anything at any point. At the time of the review, I had played for about 2 hours and didn't see any content from upgrading the school. But I have gone back and upgraded some more and actually found more than just a couple nice one-off school setting scenes.

Overall I did like the game for the most part and I will check back with it at a later point in time. Good luck to the dev.

This game sets the expectations
1) you have an extremely large penis
2) your job is corrupt the students at your school

And it was likely started as such a game.

However, for actual content, it's 90% about seducing your neighbor.

It's as if the author one week into development found porn featuring the model of Jasmine and was blown away, then focused the entirely game on her instead.

This game would have gotten 3 1/2 stars if it actually was what it says it is about.

Suggestion to author: rename and relabel the game so players know what to expect.

This is a fun HTML porn came with enough content and options to recommend for play right now. Keep up the good work creator.

The story follows in the footsteps of genre classics such as Hentai Highschool, HHS+ and Ashford Academy - where you are a new principal who for one reason or another is tasked to take over as headmaster of a school. And of course this being an porn game, you will take it upon yourself to corrupt everyone in the school to be a drooling sex maniac. Good times.

The Good:
Corrupting the different main heroines, your secretary and upstairs neighbor, is well written and quite funny. It's a bit on the nose, about you being the big bad wolf.. erm principal, but that's also part of it's charm. Can't wait for more to be added.

The Bad:
School management while being there feels quite bare-bones right now and there to just check a box. I felt that you could very easily max out all your stats without ever feeling like you might get into trouble with anything you did. Also the content for different parts of the school is quite small right now with a couple of events for each area, so hopefully we will see more variety in the future.

Conclusion
The game drew me in from the start and was fun to play for the couple of hours i spent with it. It's not as deep as the games it bases it's story on (hhs+ or ashford academy), but it doesn't necessarily have to be as it's also trying to do it's own thing. Would recommend.

While this doesn't exactly have stiff competition in terms of HMTL porn games given how flooded the genre is with sissification content, this is still by far and away the best HTML porn game I've come across. Yes it's over the top, yes it's stupid how the main character is just a massive sentient dong, and yes all the scenarios are the sort of thing a porn plot writer would create if they were on Hunter S Thompson levels of substances, but it seems all pretty tongue in cheek.

Downsides? It's a little grind heavy in the beginning, and I don't need to see pictures of a solo schlong every time you go to bed/wake up, but those are some pretty small niggles if you ask me.

It has great potential.
Right now, there's a half decent amount of scenes, which is already good enough to play.
As it is in a really early state, your stats and money barely make any difference. Altough, upgrading the college makes a difference.
The only true problem of the game is the lack of choices that matter

In this genre this game definitely has potential to raise among the best. It has wide enough decision tree to explore (still to be implemented) and appropriate content to support with. In this phase it is a bit early to give it full 5 stars but if the devs continue on the same track then I dont see a reason why shouldnt this become one of the best in the genre.

very good game, waiting for updates, about the characters it would be great if you add lesbian or extremely religious characters, maybe male characters too and involve group sex and these things. the gameplay for a demo is also great. about the clothes, it would be good if the MC could choose the clothes of the characters by level of corruption or something.

Great game about corruption, even in the demo version of the content is quite a lot and it is quite high quality , I really wanted you to continue the development of this game, at this moment there are very few games with a really brutal main character.

Not much Content for now,but i like the development of the first Character. Its a bit too much of a Grind i think maybe change it a little in the Future. It definitly has Potential with all the School fiance management stuff.

This game has a lot of potential if done right. At this point in time however, it's nothing but a simple image dump.

The images are not in context with the first character i.e. Mrs Rogers is a secretary but most of her sex scenes are random women that look nothing like her and wear different clothes in each position. This is something that needs to be worked at. Not to mention they are all a different size and some of them are edited which makes this game seem more horrible than it should be and is.

Not much else can be said at the time of the demo. Hopefully the dev can work on it. With a little more time, dedication and attention to detail it can become one of the best HTML real porn games on this site.
