I have done some translations ( they are not 100% perfect as I translated from the files so I wasn't sure what context they were used in )
The translations that I have done so far is under the mods > PornGodNoob folder
Here I did not do the pgn_events files yet and did not do the location > pornstudio files yet, all others I have done translations for.
I will do more translations and update this file or post it in an other reply.
To install these translations, just extract the "en" folder into the "game > tl" folder

I believe it is in Alice's room that you have to wait, the reason for this is when I translate the Russian to english the translation is more like "When Mom has left for the next shooting, wait for your sister in her room." and Alice is the one that is involved in the porn movies while Lisa is not.
In the walkthrough tab on the phone, check what is says under Lisa's name, that is the event that it is talking about.
Btw, if you get the translation file that I posted, then these lines will be translated already too so you might be able to understand better with that.

Okay, I collected all achievements except one: number 86. Can anybody tell me how I meet Lisa and Olivia in the mall while they are trying on clothes together in the fitting room? Because I tried and tried and I simply won't get there. What is the way? Would be willing to trade in my save game with all achievements and 53,000 $ in cash in return ;-)

1. To go with all in DS music and choose option wait-random (Lisa can meet, and can and not meet Olivia)
2. On weekends, when Lisa is not home-random, higher chance
And, it's RenPy! What is stopping you to save, each time I try.
Ah... now I've got it. Frankly that's the only option I hadn't tried yet because normally it beamed me straight back to the swimming pool. Repeatedly choosing that option now led to the desired result. Thanks
