I believe Big Brother (and numerous imitators) is the best incest game.
My arguement:
There is no romance. The sex is done, initially at least, out of some kind of need. Financial, horniness... No one is saying they are in love.
There is every kind of incest. Mother and son, brother and sister, sister and sister, Aunt and nephew, mother and son and daughter, sister and sister and brother...
They include non-family members in their activities so their secret is known but you have to imagine the humiliation the characters would likely feel.
At least two offshoots have pregnancy.
