It was weird cause I remember it being a day after in old versions but in the recent ones it sometimes took a bit longer. Regardless I'm not sure if you still need to wait for the flowers or not however after a few days go back to his workplace and accept his proposition to work for him.

You need to go down the path where you eventually start having threesomes with her and the husband. When working in the store she'll start asking you for pointers to make her husband give her attention. This eventually leads you to going to her house. It looks like you are using the russian qsp file as the language is hard coded into the qsp file itself, renaming it will not change anything. Make sure you have downloaded the english file from the links on page 1 of this thread.
You're choice. If you sell it then you get a bunch of money however if you want to continue the storyline with the builders then chose to keep it. You'll want to go to your laptop to do that and order furniture for it from the laptop as well.
You need to talk to your brother who will offer you 3 free laser hair removals if you get Tamara to join him again. Accept the hair removals then talk to Tamara again (in the shop) about what happened on the vacation. This will the open up future vacations.
