I haven't played it personally but I have heard great things about The Last Sovereign . It doesn't have multiple endings yet but the world itself is huge and content is massive (just got a update as well).

I assume you already know about 'regular' crpg game series like Baldur's gate, Neverwinter, Planescape, Pillars of eternity, Divinity os, Pathfinder series?
