Others Black screen error in Older Lune Games

I am trying to play some old VNs by Lune Team Bitters

You must be registered to see the links

but whenever I click on the exe it just gives me a black screen.
I am facing this problem with every game that uses the same game engine as the mentioned above that is marble engine and the file extension is .mbl.
If anyone of you know anything that could help to solve this problem then please tell.

I have tried running in japanese locale, locale emulator, admin mode, compatibility setting to XP, window 7.

I am using windows 11 with japanese locale.

Hi, you probably don't need advice anymore.
But I have some guesses why this is happening.
1) DirectX libraries are missing (June 2010).
2) Visual C++ x86 and x64 libraries are missing (2005/2008/2010).
3) Problem with Intel 12 Gen+ processors when running old software (It is necessary to disable energy-efficient cores in the BIOS).
