Pinocchio requires you to beat the whale beast before fighting deep sea knight. Whale beast is in the area before you jump down to the bonfire before deep sea knight. Golden goose requires you to give humpty dumpty ~1 million souls. After that, you can figure out the rest I'm sure.
You have to sprint while Dodo's skill is active to get past God Fish. There's no other way, except defeating it (won't spawn once defeated).
Edit: Never mind. I left the area, used the skill then ran back to him then I had time to run by him

Sooo have you seen Red Hood in different campfires? Or even see her at all after the first boss?
Doing Red Hood ending will reset your progress but grants access to DLC 3 soo you'll have to redo most stuff again aside from fairy tales and some progression, I think.
I tried to select "cancel" after completing an ending and going through the prologue again but no such option was available. That doesn't mean I missed Red Hood somewhere does it!!??
I tried so hard!! It's not because of that choking scene in upper Ludwig is it? As far as I know I went everywhere. I don't know where to look now.
