That is not fully correct. In CS there are 3 main routes: Alpha male, Beta male (with a subpath of total cuck) and diplomat path (choose 1-3 girls for yourself and corrupt the others). NTR and sissification are strictly optional (the thing in v0.70 was a bug and is corrected now)
