Overview:
This mod changes the relationship of Sarah in the final parts of the game from stepdaughter to daughter. Some extra sex talk has also been added, so that the scene actually makes sense. Some of Camilla's background story has also been altered slightly so that it makes sense given the new relationship.
Works for both the Regular as well as the Special Edition version of the game.
