The Demo feels like a full game, just locked to prevent the player from exceeding beyond a certain point. So more than likely, the same save can be used in the full (unlocked) game.
No, it's not.
There may be content locked in the demo files (probably textures and maps), but considering the difference in filesize between the Full JP version and the English Demo, it's really not the full game, it's almost half the size.
Also, there's no "English Translation File" to easily transfer from one to the other, all game content is inside "p2EN-Windows.ucas" (English Version) and "p2-Windows.ucas" (Japanese version)
Maybe someone who knows how to uncompress Unreal Engine assets might be able to extract the files and transfer the translation from the Demo to the Full-JP, but there's no guarantee it will work (and no guarantee that the demo has the full translation either, but it may be worth trying)

I feel the same, I really like the combat. The developers appear to be using the RPG Template from Pheonix Market though, so they took something pretty generic and make it really fun.

English version has not been released yet, just the demo. DLSite version is JP only.
Release date is March 25, exactly in a week.

The Steam demo version has nudity and is uncensored already, so unless the publisher/dev decides to do a 180 before release, there's no patch necessary.
But considering that the game has bestiality, I really wonder if they'll release the full version without a necessary patch...
Yes, it's possible to change outfits, the JP version has 4 outfits for her (including default and naked, so it's actually just 2 extra outfits), but all of them have the eye-patch.

Just as was stated in the demo, the demo saves really carried over to the full game.
Steam version is 100% uncensored as far as I've noticed, even the mosaics from the JP version are thankfully not present.
PS: I bought the game, I don't know if PaizuriMachine's version works or not.
