I'm not sure why this has the sandbox tag when it's so incredibly linear. I couldn't find any options to do things outside the carefully scripted route that you get put upon, other than buying the limited amount of clothes on offer.

I totally agree with this "game" so far being a kinetic novel and I asked it to be tagged accordingly.
My apologies for the misdirection of the tags, even I have zero control over them.
I'm new to this "game-making" thing and trying to make Blossoming Journey better every update as I learn Twine.
There were some choices added in 0.3. In the development of 0.4 more choices are being added. As I learn and get comfortable with it this "kinetic story" will turn more into a "game".

Try going for a new game, and use the save supplied by atta, it should resolve that issue, as already mentioned <3

Seriously? I do not want to re-start a New game for a glitch.
- THAT Is a whole Lot to playthrough for One glitch.
(I had considered using the game save but thought Dev's choices might not have been same as mine)
Correction : After you DL the game OPEN Game.
then Use "load from Disk" tab, select the Dev's Save file, then play thru as usual.

Basically the developer replayed the game from the start and made the save file from the end of 0.2 to be used in 0.3

Regarding the update to 0.3:
One of the things vexing several comments in previous versions is how linear the game felt. It's worth mentioning that while it's certainly later in the presentation of the story (picking up right where we left off, i.e. not at the start) the dev has started introducing much requested choices. Several of these are quite impactful, addressing many aspects of the narrative and changing their direction, some being bits I myself highlighted in a previous post.
Such as revealing the
How big a ripple these make in the pond has yet to be seen, but it's clear the Dev is reading and adapting their work, listening to the positive and negative commentary. So they totally deserve kudos for that.
While our trajectory seems pretty much the same (you still go from a stressed out fairly attractive fellow with questionable luck and allies at the start who quickly spirals into the path of a feminine submissive like it was all preordained) the extra choices improve on a story that remains well written, largely devoid of typos, and demonstrates clear thought regarding the behavior of the supporting characters. Yes, it's a style of story that has seen a bit of an upswing in terms of direction, (several games out there hitting similar notes and such) but the dev is clearly working at making this game stand on its own.
It remains to be seen how much or how little control we have with regard to our PC's confidence, preference or appearance, but I can certainly say I'm curious how the rest of the story goes.
For those that are fans of this genre with feminization, femdom, ntr, bwno, and such you shall be eating well and should absolutely give the game a glance.
