All I have to go off is the memory of a webm posted to the old /hgg/ megathread on 8ch. Had a naked lighter blue haired girl wearing bunny ears getting caught by some shotas in a park(?) and jumping up and down pretending to be a bunny while embarrassed. The girl was animated in the dialogue.
From my own digging the closest game that fits that heroine's description is Azcat - Noir of Lust but I'm certain it is not that game because her hair is too dark of a blue and her breasts aren't large enough. I've been searching for years but to no avail and I do not believe this game is on DLsite either which makes me scratch my head considering the art for the game seemed to be fairly high quality.
