All in all, it's a 15-20 minute game, and what's worse, you can positively get the ending without any problems on the first try. Overall wasted potential, an interesting plot idea was spoiled with pointless walking from point A to point B and clicking dialogue options, it's a shame that there are no quests or challenges. The whole thing is somewhat saved by nice illustrations, but that's all.

"Fix the timeline" is not only an incredibly underutilized theme in h-games (particularly NTR games), but in games in general. Because of this, I was elated to read that Blue Spring Loop is one of those "fix the timeline" games. Unfortunately, quickly into the game I came to the realization that this game is pretty shit.

    1. There's a severe lack of CGs and, to be honest, a lot of the CGs are kind of unappealing due to her facial expressions. When she's not making the retard-faces the CGs are pretty good, but she tends to make that face quite often.
    2. Due to the NTR timer always advancing (even when she's doing non-NTR activities), the NTR is incredibly forced at awkward times. You'll literally be walking around town with your girlfriend, the timer will hit 100, and you'll be forced into a scene where the antagonist is railing her seemingly at random.
    3. You have to sit through a lot of the same dialogue over and over again. Repeated h-scenes have a skip button, so should the repeated dialogue. You can fast forward (and by that I mean "advance the text a wee bit faster") through it but its still too long.
    4. The MTL. I'm thankful that this was translated, but since its a rough translation and this is a story-heavy game, it really effects the final product.
    5. The plot itself is straight up ass. The idea is good enough, but the execution and characters are not.
    6. The sound effects are comical at best. They kill the mood.
    7. Quite a few of the h-scenes are difficult to find/unlock. It's genuinely not worth the effort.
    8. Decisions are driven by having a proper amount of Resolve (good karma) or Corruption (bad karma). However, quite a few of the good/bad choices are not properly reflected by these moral factors.

In the end, I think it's an easy skip. I don't even think it's worth downloading for the recollection room. A 2/5 because the game actually functions and the MTL, despite being rough, gets enough of the point across.

The game is sadly a wasted potential. The game concept is great, having mechanics for possibly pure love route or NTR route or cuckold route, but the game is just TOO SHORT. There are barely any H CG. Game has total of 15 CGs, about half/ 8 or so are NON H CG. So the game reuses the few H CGs it has and makes the game feel like such a waste. A FEW "GALLERY" CG even is just left to be "TEXT" with no CGs lol.
Gameplay loop is basically like RE ZERO (time loop) breaking the NTR chain/ mystery, gathering clues and items in order to help solve the mystery.

The game mechanics were well built and just needs more CGs that are non-repeating. The developer was mainly making H doujins and not making H games but this game shows they have potential with H game with unique mechanics. They just need to make more H CG...

It's a great concept - you are saving your childhood friend from a bad ending through time travel.
Your friend however is also a nymphomaniac, so you are on a short timer (literal timer) to save her from being corrupted/NTRed.

It is executed well enough for it's budget, usually by loop 3 you'll figure out how to save her/saved her. Short but sweet, might be challenging to stomache for those who put their imaginary waifus on a pedestal.

Would definitely pay for an extended edition involving more characters, and interesting challenges.

Ignoring the fact the game is MTL which results in some dialogue being confusing the story can still be understood and enjoyed. The gameplay revolves around an ‘NTR timer’ which is constantly counting up to 100 whilst the player completes events and gets hints to raise their corruption and resolve whilst also grabbing memories to lower the timer. The art in the game is solid and definitely one of its strongest points which include a of number of vanilla and NTR scenes.

Whilst trying to min/max your days to achieve the “good end” is great in concept unfortunately it’s not really that well executed here. Your days ‘events’ are tied to your interaction with Yuika’s the heroine before you leave the school (which is when the timer starts), this means you always fail your first loop and depending on how well you did in your first loop you may skip most of the content in your subsequent loops as its possible to get your resolve high enough to complete the game on your 2nd or 3rd loop. This is due the resolve points required for certain interaction being very easy to obtain if you click on all the events, you come across.

The speed at which the heroine becomes corrupted is insanely fast, she will be reluctant to perform sexual act at the start of the day but be acting like a complete slut in almost all of the scenes you find immediately afterwards. This is compounded with how quick the timer is, so unless you have a preplanned route your first loop things don’t feel very natural.

Overall, the concept and art is great and the twist on the PC stopping the NTR for a vanilla ending is nice but the pacing and way it has been put together doesn’t feel like it works in this game.

    Bugs found:
    • The game does have some dialogue issues such as the players name being replaced by “[player]” and some text showing as “\c[27]\[0]” which can be annoying.
    • Heroine’s sprite will often stay on the screen after dialogue finishes requiring you to talk to her again to remove it.

The game is short, and if you plan a little too well your playthrough, you'll be done on your second loop.

I messed up and finished right after begining the third one, and was surprised there was so little content.

After reaching the true ending, I went to the recollection room to discover I only had unlocked less than half the scenes of the game.

Ok, but how to unlock the others? Beat me.

Not that it matter anyway, there are only a few scenes with some variations.

Just to clarify somethings. The game happens at an accelerated pace, It maybe a single day for the sake of coding but it makes more sense if you break it up mentally as each event happening with some days in between.

With that in mind your first run is essentially information gathering and stat building. You will get hints that your childhood friend is in a predicament and boom the sad reveal and also you getting time looped.

Starting at loop 2 with the stats from 1 you can prevent some NTR and even start dating your friend... but if you dont figure out your problem it will end in tragedy.

By loop 3 you can probably solve the issues and get a happy ending I suspect. Conceptually this game hits the marks for anybody who likes to struggle against the NTR, there are even scenes for protag which is often neglected.

The Art is well done, not the best but way above some of the low tier stuff you sometimes just put up with.

Sound is also good, theres some voice lines and not just your typically sfx you tend to get with rpgm games.

Overall I think this is a good game and if the format was expanded on it could achieve something special.

For cons, the biggest is it is super short. It is essentially a speed run on NTR/plot by format.

All in all, if this group release another game it might be gold if they put in a bigger budget and more time but the current game is worth a quick play through imo.

The concept of this game is great, but man is the execution awful. Right off the bat the girl is abused sexually based on some vague notion of blackmail. MC has no real relationship with her. Within 5 minutes of the first loop, she's sucking, fucking, but most importantly she is making these stupid slutty noises with the very first h-scene in the park. Breaks immersion that she's some kind of princess being violated by a bully -- she's already broken since day 1. Art is the only redeeming factor as the MC is cute and is suppose to have a decent personality.

Below average game, could not play through 2nd loop.
